Close to work, shops and hospitals
Hitec City and Gachibowli offices are about 3 to 4 km away. Sarath City Capital Mall is about 2 km and several multispeciality hospitals in Kondapur are within about 1 to 2 km.
How the building is kept safe
CCTV cameras
Cameras cover the building, so entries, exits and common areas are recorded.
Warden on site
A warden or caretaker stays at the property. There's always someone to go to.
ID check at move-in
Every resident shares government ID and office or college ID before moving in.
Gate closing time
The main gate closes at a fixed time at night. Ask us for the current timing.
Visitor rules
Visitors are allowed only under set rules, so the building stays private for residents.
Power backup and lift
Lights stay on during power cuts and you never need to use dark stairwells.
